The puppet was built from a 1:44 scaled toy. The toy was not animation friendly as it was unable to hold poses. The final puppet was made with acrylic laser cuts, dressed with urethane plastic casts connected to a polycarbonate chassis. The Neck piece was cast in silicone, for optimum pose-ability. The leg details were cast in open faced molds and stuck on to the acrylic laser cut pieces.
